Job Overview
The HR/Marketing Assistant will support the Human Resources and Marketing teams in managing various administrative, operational, and creative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the dental practice.
This individual will play a vital role in recruitment, employee engagement, social media management, and patient outreach to enhance the clinic’s reputation and ensure excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training sessions.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
Help manage employee schedules, track attendance, and address HR-related queries.
Marketing:
Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and in-clinic promotions.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to promote dental services.
Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
Help coordinate community outreach efforts and partnerships.
Maintain the clinic’s online presence, including website updates and patient reviews.
Administrative:
Prepare monthly reports on HR and marketing metrics.
Coordinate with suppliers for marketing materials, giveaways, and clinic events.
Assist in planning patient appreciation events, health awareness days, and other promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR, marketing, or administration preferred, ideally in healthcare.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
