We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Jahi,  (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth guest services.
• Manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement policies and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor budgets, aiming for financial growth and cost-effectiveness.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate on marketing and promotional efforts to drive bookings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial management experience preferred.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus.
