Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
• This individual will play a critical role in driving organic growth, optimizing our website’s performance, and executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about search engine optimization, has an analytical mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities 

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase the company's online visibility and improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create SEO-friendly content and implement on-site optimization.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for organic traffic growth.
• Use SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner) to assess search volumes, trends, and keyword competitiveness.
• Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking for improved rankings.
• Ensure all web pages adhere to SEO best practices, including keyword density, image optimization, and proper HTML structure.
• Conduct site audits to identify and address technical issues affecting search performance (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, page load speed).
• Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations, including structured data markup, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
• Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance the website’s domain authority and credibility.
• Build partnerships with relevant websites, bloggers, and influencers to acquire quality backlinks.
• Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the team, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO and digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with content marketing and its role in SEO strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
