We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources / Administrative Officer

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR/Admin Officer to join our growing real estate company.
  • This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
