Helium Health is a full-service Healthtech company that provides a suite of solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and patients in emerging markets — at the core of which is our SaaS based electronic medical records/hospital management information system (EMR/HMIS).
We are looking to hire a Marketing Senior Analyst who will be responsible for implementing the marketing and brand management strategy for HeliumCredit.
Responsibilities
Marketing:
Execute winning marketing strategies for HeliumCredit in order to drive sales allotted to the marketing unit and boost revenue.
Manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
Manage campaigns across digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
Ensure the successful execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic and own media channels.
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results.
Business Research and Analysis:
Gather information on market trends and data to aid the team’s development of growth strategies. Engage in the research and analysis of consumer behaviors, products, market trends, culture etc. and use the data to provide insight to improve the attractiveness of our product to potential and current customers.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
Research and analyze market trends, demography, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies.
Track key marketing and sales data, generate insight reports based on the same.
Requirements
First Degree in a related field. The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
3 - 6 years’ experience in marketing; B2B is a plus.
Experience in marketing lending and deposit products for a commercial bank, microfinance bank, FINTECH or finance house is required.
In-depth knowledge of and experience in digital marketing; experience selling healthcare solutions is an added advantage.
Track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
Creative with a keen eye for artistic excellence.
Digitally savvy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and work productivity tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, make sound observations, and implement solutions. Experience using data to drive recommendations to management.
A detail-oriented work ethic in handling multiple ongoing projects.
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders.
Solid planning skills, with ability to adapt to changes in priorities and procedures in a fast- paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and quality output.
Excellent google analytics and Google Tag Manager understanding
English Language proficiency required.
