We re recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Airport Road, Lagos
Employment type: Full-time
Job type: Permanent contract.

Mission

• Drive sales of duty-free items and improve customer experience
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the manager
• Cross-selling and up-selling of items
• Display professionalism and courtesy towards customers at all times.
• Proper receiving and documentation of items in the warehouses
• Ensure zero expiries of products while implementing FIFO policies
• Timely shelf replenishment from the Duty-Free Warehouses
• Proper documentation of sales, inventory, and strict monitoring of products expiry and stock level
• Maintaining a clean and orderly arrangement of the shop and the warehous

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong people and process management skills. 
• Excellent Communication skill, verbal and written.

Skills:

• Excellent skills at developing concepts and ensuring documentation
