We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Sales Coordinator (Sanitary Pad, Cotton Wool, Cotton Ball)

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with business development unit on lead generation.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Energetic and Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Sales management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Pharmacy or any Medical Science Discipline.
  • Must possess at least Seven (7) years post NYSC experience in Sales and Marketing of medical consumables and pharmaceuticals
