Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Schedule: 3 days per week

Description 

• Answers customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in-person about products, services, policies, and more.
• Offer guidance on product usage, troubleshooting steps, or account-related queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help customers set up, manage, and resolve issues with accounts or subscriptions.
• Provide support with billing inquiries, payments, refunds, and account adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Document recurring issues or customer feedback to help improve products, services, or processes.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior representatives or other departments when necessary.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships by showing empathy and understanding during interactions.
• Gather feedback from customers on products and services, identifying trends that could impact customer satisfaction
• Work to retain customers by proactively offering solutions or alternatives when issues arise
• Continuous Learning and Improvement.
