Job Title: Senior ROV Pilot / Technician

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ROV Pilot/Technician to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) used in offshore projects.
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in underwater robotics, technical troubleshooting, and piloting ROVs in various challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pilot and operate ROV systems during offshore projects.
• Perform technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ROV equipment.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure safe and efficient ROV operations.
• Conduct pre- and post-dive checks, ensuring ROV systems are in optimal working condition.
• Analyze and interpret video and sensor data collected by the ROV.
• Maintain accurate records of dive operations and ROV performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an ROV Pilot/Technician, preferably in offshore environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of ROV systems, electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Relevant certification in ROV operations and/or engineering (e.g., IMCA).
• Experience in subsea operations, including inspection, maintenance, and construction support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry safety regulations and best practices.
