We are recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Provide marine operations support for Clients activities, including collaboration with business partners during planning and implementation phases to ensure compliance with HAZID recommendations.
Ensure the successful movement and positioning of RIGs, Jack-Up Barges (JUB), and project barges within the clients location and EPC areas of responsibility.
Support end-of-month fuel analysis by comparing EFMS data with daily-reported fuel usage; escalate any discrepancies to the Contract Holder for vendor investigation.
Conduct marine vessel MFE engagements, including ride-on vessel assessments with overnight stays as needed.
Maintain and update systems such as GMAS and Share Point, along with related documents, to ensure accurate records.
Assist in developing and refining procedures for anchor handling, JUB and RIG movements, and related marine activities.
Review anchor patterns, RIG/JUB movements, associated mooring procedures, and vesselstability analyses to ensure safe operations.Provide confirmation and oversight for both offshore and inshore vessel load-outs as required.
Coordinate with relevant third-party vessel stakeholders to support marine operations.
Participate in the Marine Duty Supervisor call-out rota to provide after-hours assistancewhen needed.
Work closely with the Marine Assurance Team to ensure seamless delivery of marineservices.
Provide marine representatives to oversee movements of Jack-Up Barges, mobile offshoredrilling units, and other support vessels employed by the company.
Conduct marine warranty surveys on employed vessels to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Perform vessel inspections as required to maintain safety and operational standards.
Assist clients Project Teams in marine-related tasks beyond the specified deliverables.
Collaborate with the Marine Assurance team in investigating any incidents involving marine operations.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
At least 15 years' experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 10 years must be sea-going experience with at least 5 years at management level.
Candidates with Class 2 Deck or Engineer Certificate of competency (Unlimited) with more than 5 years' sea-going experience at management level will also be considered.
