Job Description

• Technical knowledge: Operating & Maintenance of Packaging filling lines , PET blow Molding m/c. Responsible for Electrical s, Mechanical & Maintenance. Pneumatic ,Attending Process Trouble shooting problem in Production.
• (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic , Pneumatic) Mould Changeover & set up of parameters in blowing machine, Chillers, Air compressors, Generators etc..
• Organizational skills: Should be keep track of spare parts inventory, keep accurate records and track equipment inventory,schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Communication skills: Should have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with local suppliers and team members to function effectively.
• Problem-solving /Trouble shooting: Should be able to identify and solve problems related to maintenance, repair, or replacement of filling line equipment such as conveyors, fillers, shrink packer, boiler ,labeller machine , date coder etc..
• Leadership: Should be able to lead and mentor equipment maintenance staff, ensuring that they are trained and perform their duties effectively. Supervise equipment maintenance staff, delegating tasks and executing them.
• Safety management: Should ensure that equipment is used safely and that employees are trained in proper safety procedures, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Documentation management: Should maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement, as well as inventory levels and equipment usage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
