As a Sales Representative in a real estate company, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and marketing efforts to promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential buyers, build relationships, and guide them through the property purchasing process.
You will collaborate closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful transactions and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, networking events, and cold calling.
Conduct market research and stay updated on current real estate trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and maximize property visibility.
Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and property listings to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire sales process, including property selection, negotiation, and closing.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on new listings, market conditions, and opportunities.
Property Showings and Negotiations:Conduct property viewings, highlighting features, benefits, and potential investment opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to identify suitable properties based on their criteria and preferences.
Assist clients in negotiations, preparing and presenting offers, and facilitating counteroffers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary due diligence processes.
Documentation and Transaction Management:Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate smooth transactions by coordinating with mortgage lenders, attorneys, title companies, and other relevant parties.
Provide guidance and assistance in obtaining financing options and navigating the mortgage application process.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property showings, and sales activities for reporting and future reference.
Industry Knowledge and Professional Development:Stay updated on real estate market trends, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Sound knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment opportunities.
Familiarity with local zoning regulations, legal procedures, and documentation requirements.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Experience:
Sales: 3 years (Preferred).
