Job Overview

• Pharmarun is seeking an experienced marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
• This role is crucial in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative product strategies.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on growth and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, drive and optimize business growth from new opportunities to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Work closely with our partners across the product development lifecycle; from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go to market, and driving the completion of key execution deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and towards a common goal with specific partners, addressing product-related and technical challenges.
• Improve product feature offerings by providing user feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
• Implement processes for engaging and expanding our product reach.

Qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience of experience in product Growth
• Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

• Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
• Master's Degree or MBA
• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation and analytics
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media
• Ability to manage and drive product growth and consensus in cross regional and functional teams, while delivering strong teamwork and relationship-building.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
