Job Title: Corporate Executive Marketer

Location: Amuwo Odofin / Surulere / Ojo / Ago - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Corporate Executive Marketer will play a key role in expanding the EASYOWN product's market reach by actively engaging with potential clients, creating awareness, and driving sales.
  • This is a field-based role that involves direct interaction with prospective customers, educating them on the benefits of EASYOWN, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and persuasive marketer with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities
Drive Sales and Marketing Efforts:

  • Actively engage with potential customers in designated areas to promote the EASYOWN product.
  • Conduct door-to-door marketing, organize market activations, and participate in sales campaigns to generate leads.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of EASYOWN's flexible payment plans and how they can achieve homeownership.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Identify and connect with low- and middle-income earners who could benefit from EASYOWN.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion to subscribers, and guide them through the initial payment process.
  • Provide personalized consultations to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring a positive buying experience.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Gather feedback from potential customers and market trends to provide insights for improving marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report on market conditions to optimize sales tactics.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement and referrals.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering solutions and support throughout the subscription process.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and customer feedback.
  • Submit regular reports on sales performance, challenges faced, and recommendations for strategy improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork and direct sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market and an understanding of housing challenges faced by low- and middle-income earners in Nigeria is an added advantage.
