Job Description

• Certitude Real Estate and Property Development Company is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our sales department.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the sales executives and marketing team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targeted sales figures.
• Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and maximize sales potential.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new opportunities.
• Provide coaching and support to sales executives to enhance performance.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
