The Organization is involved in community development, capacity building, economic empowerment, social counseling, social mobilization, raising awareness/ education on health, and conflict resolution/peace-building initiatives.
Community Engagement and Social Development Initiative (CESDI) in partnership with Jireh Doo Foundation (JDF) are implementing an NHF-funded project titled: Using local approaches in Preventing and responding to Gender Based Violence (GBV) in Amarua, Musa Kalari, Kaleri and Bulturi communities in Konduga Local Government Area (LGA) of Borno State.
CESDI is implementing the livelihood component of the project under the project subcomponent ‘Enhancing Livelihood and economic status of 276 women and girls through micro gardening in Konduga LGA’. This Terms of Reference (ToR) outlines the requirements for supplying seedlings and equipment necessary for establishing micro gardens.
Objectives
The primary objective of this TOR is:
To provide a diverse range of quality seedlings suitable for microgardening.
To supply necessary gardening equipment to support the cultivation process.
