We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Intern Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (with flexibility to work from anywhere)
Employment Type: Internship (part-time, approximately 10-15 hours per week)
Reports to: Founder/Editor-in-Chief
Duration: 3-6 months (with possibility of extension)

Objective

• We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Intern Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our social media presence, engage with our audience, and support our mission to empower women.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling posts for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tiktok
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the editorial team to promote blog posts and other content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices
• Contribute to content creation, including graphics and captions
• Support other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

• 0 -1 year of experience in social media management (personal or professional)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent communication, writing, and visual content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Passion for women's empowerment and our blog's mission

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Knowledge of graphic design (Canva)
• Access to a good phone or laptop.
