Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise staff activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Track and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with senior management to strategize and achieve business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
