Job Summary

• The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions within the organization, supporting the facility management and real estate teams in achieving their goals through effective talent management, development, and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for facility management and real estate positions.
• Support employee development through training programs, professional development opportunities, and performance management systems.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with management to assess HR needs and develop tailored solutions for workforce management.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and equitable.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and optimize employee satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the facility management or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and performance management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
