Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced andGeneral Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering to lead our team.
• The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of relevant industry experience, he/she mustpossess exceptional leadership, strategic, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the firm, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
• Lead project management efforts, from planning through execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and profitability, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across all engineering services, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and certifications.
• Manage and mentor department heads, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to optimize business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures as necessary to mitigate project risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (a Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Fully certified in relevant industry standards (e.g., COREN, NSEcertification, etc.).
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a strong track record in managerial roles.
• Proven expertise in project management and strategic planning within the electrical engineering sector.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial and budget management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.

Additional Requirement:

• Must be between the ages of 38 and 45.
