Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Locations: Ikota & Lekki - Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feature development for the 390 Work ERP platform, from ideation to launch.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support) to ensure successful product delivery.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and prioritize product features.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
• Analyze product performance and metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Drive continuous improvements by overseeing product updates, enhancements, and iteration cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a SaaS Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ERP systems.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A passion for solving problems and building solutions that empower businesses.
• Experience working with enterprise-level businesses.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian or African market is a plus.
