Job Summary 

• We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide essential support to an esteemed Pastor. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to their faith.

Position Overview

• As a Personal Assistant, you will help manage the Pastor’s schedule, correspondence, and various administrative tasks.
• Your support will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Pastor’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and research materials.
• Handle correspondence with fellow Pastors and external contacts.
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for conferences and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications

• Male member of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and capability to drive as required.
