Design Synchrony helps to create more time for "Key Activities" by handling the important yet generic tasks for businesses. We want to free up time for more brainstorming sessions, growth, and increased bottom line. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Shomolu, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Shomolu, Lagos. The Office Assistant will support daily administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support staff with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent; OND preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
