Role Summary

• We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager / Admin Assistant who can manage our online presence while supporting daily administrative functions.
• This role is ideal for a social media-savvy individual who excels at multitasking and can handle a blend of creative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across all the company'ssocial media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, and engage with our audience to build a strong online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Administrative Assistance:

• Assist with general office tasks, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
• Support the Business Development team with reporting, client follow-ups, and document management.
• Maintain organized records and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in social media management or admin roles.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
