Our Sales Force Consulting -  Our client is an educational institution located in Trans Nkisi GRA, Federal Housing Estate, 3-3, Onitsha. Their vision is to establish a world-classeducational centre anchored on both Montessori and Conventional educational system built around sound academic excellence andhigh morals. Modern teaching equipmentlike computers and audio visuals are used as teaching aids in a student-friendly environment for accelerated learning outcomes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Teacher (Nursery / Primary)

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of children.
• Manage the reviews of teachers and other teaching staff within the school community.
• Implement safeguarding procedures as required.
• Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
• Arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings.
• Prepare the teachers, pupilsand other staff members for inspections conducted by the regulatory authority.
• Provide reports on performance, financials, and improvements to the board.
• Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment among the teachers and pupils.
• Take classes when required to cover for sickness and absence of teachers.

Qualifications

• B.Ed in Early Child Education or other related field
• Must possess up to 7-10years robust Nursery or Primary school teaching and pupils management experience from popular schools.

Other Conditions:

• Knowledge of early learning philosophies/frameworks
• Candidates must be grounded in management of Nursery and Playgroup pupils or Primary school pupils as the case may be
• Self-contained accommodation willbe provided
