We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Online Sales Advisor
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Basic Responsibility
Responsible for qualifying online leads and converting them to Sales, regularly updating and managing the CRM database (housekeeping), supporting cross-selling, upselling and preventive maintenance, and contributing to achieving HMD Group sales target as well as their individual sales target set by the management.
Qualify and assess leads generated from various online channels, including the HMD website, WhatsApp/Rasayel, Social Media Platforms and other online portals, and occasionally leads received on Equipment Hub.
Follow the Online Sales Process for the Qualified Leads
Follow the Online Sales process for the Unqualified Leads and report back to the head of the Online Sales Manager.
Follow up on and close deals with the support of Online Sales Manager in territories where the company does not have a physical presence.
Take charge of meticulously managing our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring every interaction is accurately logged and up to date.
Manage HMD inboxes, including sales and info inquiries, conduct discovery calls, collaborate with Sales Advisors on quotations, route supplier inquiries appropriately, forward job applicant inquiries to HR, and handle non-business-related inquiries.
Perform comprehensive background checks on companies contacting HMD to ensure due diligence and mitigate potential risks in business interactions.
Maintain organized and up-to-date CRM records through regular housekeeping and maintenance activities.
Master the art of managing callbacks, turning them into golden opportunities.
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets across the HMD Group through active participation and valuable contributions.
Implement developed strategies and tactics to ensure effective cross-selling and upselling techniques across all online sales channels and ensure all clients move through the 360-cycle
Handle customer complaints and identify customer needs. Report findings to the Online Sales Manager with recommendations.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the Online Sales Manager.
Ensure that the customer database is updated daily with details on HubSpot
Maintain contact with customers and respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries.
Conduct training sessions for new team members on HubSpot to ensure proficiency in utilizing the platform for marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in sales activities
Excellent command of English and French is a significant plus.
Previous experience with CRM software (Hubspot experience is a plus!).
