Job Description
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is focused on selling premium land and high-end residential properties, with an emphasis on building client relationships, understanding luxury real estate markets, and delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a deep understanding of land and luxury property sales, and a passion for connecting clients with exclusive investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Networking:
Actively generate and pursue leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and investors interested in land and luxury properties.
Sales & Client Consultation:
Conduct consultations to assess clients’ property needs and provide expert advice on suitable land or luxury property options.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of high-end property features, neighborhood amenities, and investment potential.
Manage all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and presentations to negotiations, closing, and after-sales service.
Market Knowledge & Strategy:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and property values within the luxury real estate sector.
Provide clients with in-depth information on local market dynamics, including land appreciation and the benefits of various locations.
Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to effectively market high-value properties to target clients.
Property Marketing & Advertising:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality marketing materials, including property listings, digital ads, and promotional content.
Use online and offline marketing channels to showcase luxury properties, emphasizing their unique features and investment value.
Contract & Documentation Management:
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing necessary documents, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and contracts.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and company policies, providing a seamless and transparent experience for clients.
Qualifications
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, particularly in high-value and investment-grade properties.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with luxury property features, architectural trends, and upscale neighborhood amenities.
Background in property investment or development.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, as is experience with high-net-worth clients.
