We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Summary & Purpose of Job

  • As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our range of IT solutions.
  • You will work closely with our technical teams to understand our offerings and tailor them to meet clients' specific needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, assess their IT needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with our products and services.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our IT solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Proposal Generation: Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget constraints.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends, providing valuable insights to help shape our product development and sales strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in technical sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends.
