We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead business growth initiatives, develop and execute sales strategies, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, identify trends, and analyze competitors.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and industry partners.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales teams, provide coaching, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Create persuasive proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of business development experience in real estate or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successful business development initiatives.
  • Strong network in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
