Redstar Support Serviceis a leading HR outsourcing firm providing innovative solutions to businesses. We seek an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive - HR Outsourcing

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored HR solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Proven track record in HR outsourcing or related industry
• Minium of 3 years in HR Outsourcing service sales
• Strong understanding of HR functions and outsourcing trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
