Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcycle to deliver packages to customers
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
• Interact with customers and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and signatures
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Valid motorcycle license
• 1+ year of riding experience
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
