As we expand, we seek a skilled Digital Sales and Marketing Team Member to strengthen our brand presence, drive revenue, and maximize customer engagement.
The Digital Sales and Marketing Team Member will support SignTech’s growth initiatives by managing our digital channels, producing impactful marketing content, and engaging prospects and partners across multiple platforms.
This versatile role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a solid understanding of digital marketing, and can contribute to both strategy and execution.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation, promote brand awareness, and support our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts and other social media content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Design and create visually appealing, on-brand PDF marketing materials, such as product brochures, case studies, and sales one-pagers, to support sales conversations and attract prospective clients.
Monitor social media performance, analyzing engagement metrics to refine content strategies for optimal impact.
AWS Partner Network & External Partnerships:
Maintain SignTech’s presence on the AWS Partner Network (APN), ensuring profiles and marketing content are up to date.
Work closely with AWS and other technology partners, exploring joint marketing and co-selling opportunities to boost SignTech’s visibility and lead pipeline.
Organize and participate in relevant partner events, webinars, and campaigns that amplify SignTech’s brand and expertise.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:
Assist in setting up prospect and customer meetings, coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring a professional, seamless experience for clients.
Support the sales team by organizing and conducting webinars, virtual product demos, and informational sessions to showcase SignTech’s solutions and generate leads.
Research and identify new market opportunities, analyzing customer needs to refine SignTech’s outreach and product messaging.
Email Marketing & Campaigns:
Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and event invitations, using automation tools to streamline distribution and segmentation.
Track and report on email performance metrics, applying data-driven insights to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Sales Funnel Management & CRM Support:
Support the maintenance of SignTech’s CRM by ensuring all prospect and client interactions are documented, contact information is up-to-date, and leads are tracked accurately through the sales funnel.
Monitor lead conversion metrics and prepare regular reports, providing insights that inform future campaigns and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to continuously optimize the lead generation process, leveraging data to refine targeting and outreach efforts.
Customer Communication & Brand Representation:
Serve as a brand ambassador by communicating SignTech’s value propositions clearly and effectively, reinforcing our company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Assist with customer inquiries and nurture relationships by following up on initial contacts, ensuring consistent engagement, and coordinating closely with the sales team to drive conversions.
Gather feedback from prospective and existing customers to improve marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
Market Analysis & Competitor Research:
Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.
Compile insights into actionable reports and presentations for the sales and marketing teams to guide decision-making and campaign planning.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or a related role, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and detail.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the AWS Partner Network and experience with tech partner marketing is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
