We are seeking a talented, data-driven Content Marketer to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a content strategy that not only engages but also educates and converts.

You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Sales, and Client facing teams to ensure that our content communicates our products’ unique value and enhances our position as a thought leader in the tech and business transformation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with target audiences, positioning 390 Technologies as a thought leader in ERP solutions and business transformation.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, product descriptions, and email newsletters that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key trends and topics that align with our offerings. Create content that meets these demands, ensuring relevance and timely engagement.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic reach, ensuring our content ranks well in search engines and is discoverable by prospective clients.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track content performance and engagement metrics. Adjust strategies based on data insights to ensure content meets defined KPIs.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on messaging and deliver consistent, high-quality content that represents our brand accurately across all channels.
Social Media Management: Develop content for social media channels to build brand visibility, attract prospective clients, and nurture engagement with our existing followers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, digital transformation, or B2B tech Marketing.
Proven record of developing and executing effective content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing clear, compelling, and error-free content.
Proficiency in SEO and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms.
Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible, engaging content.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
