Job Summary

• The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our standards of excellence before they reach our customers.
• This role requires a meticulous approach to evaluating garments, monitoring production processes, and collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of quality across all stages of production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, fabrics, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control protocols and inspection processes to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Monitor and audit production processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations and brand standards.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document and report inspection results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the fashion industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or auditing within the fashion or textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, garment construction, and fabric testing methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor flaws.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
