Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of of 5+ years of experience in senior operations roles within transport or logistics.
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex logistics networks.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with logistics software and digital tools for supply chain optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across transport and logistics divisions, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, enhance fleet efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, including warehousing, fleet management, and distribution channels.
• Establish KPIs for operational performance, analyze data to drive improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability. transparency.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across various operational functions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
