Job Description
Are you a dynamic, highly organized individual with a passion for business operations, digital marketing, and travel services? Alexis Philips Travels is seeking an Hub Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our business hubs located in Ikeja, Lagos; Port Harcourt, Rivers State; and Abuja, FCT.
This individual will also be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of our subsidiaries, including our travel agency services such as tourist visas, work visas, student visas, and flight ticket bookings. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent multitasking abilities, a keen understanding of customer service, and expertise in managing social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Hub Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of workstations, hot desks, training rooms, virtual offices, and executive offices across all locations.
Ensure all facilities are well-maintained with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Handle client bookings, reservations, and inquiries, both in-person and online, ensuring smooth client experiences.
Manage administrative duties, including billing, reports, and contracts.
Travel Agency Coordination:
Manage and coordinate the operations of our travel agency services, including tourist, work, and student visas, as well as flight ticket bookings.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay informed of visa processes, travel regulations, and emerging trends in the travel industry.
Online Presence & Social Media Management:
Develop, manage, and grow the online presence of our hubs and subsidiaries across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content, promotions, and campaigns to boost online engagement and drive brand visibility.
Monitor and respond to customer queries across digital platforms.
Analyze metrics and provide regular performance reports on social media and online engagement.
Business Development & Growth:
Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to expand service offerings.
Assist with marketing and sales initiatives to grow the client base for both the hubs and travel agency.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in managing co-working spaces, executive offices, or related facilities.
Strong understanding of travel agency operations, including visa processing and ticketing.
Experience in any travel agency, social media, digital marketing, managerial roles, and research skills is an advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating digital engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
