Job Description
We are looking for a talented Transport Coordinator – Logistics to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Logistics, Warehousing and Purchasing Departmen t in Ikeja, Nigeria.

Planning, overseeing, and coordinating transportation operations within the organization, as well as managing third 3rd Part Logistics vendors.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong Organizational Skills: Efficiently plan and schedule transportation activities, coordinate with logistics personnel, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Analytical Abilities: Utilize data analytics to discover, interpret, and communicate insights from both qualitative and quantitative data, enabling data-driven decisions and effective problem-solving.
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate with carriers, drivers, and other stakeholders, and present data visually through reports and dashboards to illustrate business problems and solutions.
Attention to Detail: Track and process vendor invoices, payments, and proof of delivery (POD) logs meticulously, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintaining accurate records for all logistics activities.
Education / Experience
BSc or HND equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Experience with 3rd Party Transportation management.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
