Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Computer Science Teacher to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching computer science and a comprehensive understanding of the British curriculum.
• This role requires a professional who can engage students with innovative teaching methods and utilize technology effectively in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality computer science lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
• Develop engaging and interactive presentations to support lesson delivery.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Participate in curriculum development and school events.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, to enhance teaching and administrative tasks.
• Integrate programming languages and software development practices into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in computer science.
• Familiarity with the British curriculum and its assessment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and software development principles.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
