Dangote Graduate Drivers Academy Interview Expected Questions

Posted on Mon 08th Oct, 2012 - hotnigerianjobs.com --- (66 comments)

Dangote Graduate Drivers Academy Interview is on-going nationwide till 14th Oct. 2012. Some people have had the interview in Kano last week, Yola center was expected to conduct their interview as well on 2nd October, but the interview was rescheduled to 8th October 2012.

Many expected a written as well as an oral interview, but it turned out to be only oral interview in Kano. So we are expecting the same in other centers. Below are some of the questions we feel candidates should be expecting in the interview:

1.) Tell us about yourself?

2.) Why do you want to work with Dangote?

3.) Tell us what you know about Dangote.

4.) What is your weakness?

5.) Why should we hire you?

6.) Why did you apply to be a trailer driver after spending many years in the higher institution to study professional course?

7.) If we employ you, how long will you stay working for us.?

8.) What salary do you wish to be paid?

9.) Who is the current Transportion Minister? - (Ans: Senator Idris A. Umar)

You should also explore other questions, above all, try to be confident during the interview.

Goodluck!

Note: We encourage everybody to use our comment section to suggest other questions.
Thanks

Anyway,I wish you all best of success in your interview and other endeavours. Kindly drives this long vehicles carefully it's air pumping brake not pad like motorcars. Our roads too are not encouraging, many vital accident in Nigeria today are long vehicles causal due to poor maintain and management culture, drivers attitudinal, bad roads structure, outdated vehicle (i.e scraps called tokunbo) and other factors. I believed many of you who had travelled our roads could testify or witness . I prayed you will not be a victim and to others. Best of Success and hope we meet at the top.

why do some low IQ pple keep talkin about wasted years in d university? where r u working presently? do u av a gr8 job? what r u worth to ur company? can u post ur pay slip to show us how gr8 u av it? if dangote grp decides to hire graduates to take over, de wld b treatd as graduates. d fact dat de mite drive truck doesnt mean thr qualificatn bcoms void. when nnpc/shell/chevron n most banks only ant certain fields n grade point..dangote is widening d recruitment n u "censored" r tryin to impress pple wit stupid remarks..its a pity most of u dont av a bsc, get one, sit @home for a while then com back here to comment.

I weep for my country nigeria. Imagine people were even gland to be employed as trailler driver. What a shame to nigeria goverment. May be u guys don,t know the implication of becoming a trailer driver on relationship, marriage, family, personal freedom, pyschological and total deviation from from noble profesn i.e i hope someone will be able to add this job as part of his work expirience. Truly,"my people perish for they lack knowledge". Obviously, some Nigeria tertiary graduates knows not worth value of their hard earned degree only to take up trailer driver's job. Shame to those of you that comments negatively here. How can you lost the glory of your degree like that after long suffered years in school plus a year national service? Is Dangote not in this country to have advice Federal Govt to established Trailer/Truck Driver's University/Polytechnic across the country where they would be trained to earn first degree in trailer driving(B.Sc,Trailer/B.T/HNT), etc ? This has been their sole aims to bastardise education system which Dr. Nnamdi Azikwe and Chief Awolowo earnestly fought for, using poverty and unemployment as workforce to forestraight people end up to become their trailer drivers' just as their people worship them. Nonsensical !!! You go ahead become trailer driver's soon your children will ask you the question, and I too planning to employe you as my danfo driver's/conductors or servants. Good day. Mumuistic people.
