About the Role

• As an Architect with Express Elevator, you’ll design and plan the seamless integration of our elevators into various building types, from high-rise residential to commercial complexes.
• Your role will involve collaborating with project teams to create functional, stylish, and safe vertical solutions that complement each building’s unique architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and integrate elevator systems within new and existing architectural plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure that elevator layouts meet safety standards, space constraints, and design aesthetics.
• Develop and present architectural drawings, sketches, and digital models.
• Stay current with industry regulations, innovative design trends, and sustainable practices in vertical transportation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, ensuring satisfaction from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field (licensed architect preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design, ideally with experience in elevator or vertical transportation projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and structural integration.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
