Job Title: Senior Business Manager

Core Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals. Identify growth opportunities, set objectives, and prioritize initiatives to expand the business and increase profitability.
Business Development: Lead efforts to acquire new clients, manage relationships with key accounts, and create strategies for customer retention. Oversee proposal development and participate in contract negotiations.
Financial Oversight: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting financial targets. Track revenue, costs, and profitability, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Operations Management: Oversee high-level operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and consistency across all client sites. Work closely with the Operations Manager to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs, gathering feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain strong partnerships.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage and support the leadership team, including hiring, training, and development initiatives to build a strong, capable workforce. Promote a positive company culture focused on performance and quality.
Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify competitive threats, and adapt the business model as necessary. Use insights to improve service offerings, pricing models, and marketing approaches.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Set and monitor KPIs for financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Regularly report to executives or stakeholders on progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement company policies and procedures that promote efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Ensure all practices align with industry standards and customer requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to client satisfaction, service delivery, financial stability, and workforce availability. Develop contingency plans and continuously monitor for emerging risks.
Marketing and Brand Management: Oversee branding and marketing initiatives, working with the marketing team to build brand awareness and improve the company’s reputation within the industry.
Project Oversight: Oversee special or large-scale projects, such as national accounts, high-profile post-construction cleanups, or expansion initiatives, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Innovation and Process Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and technologies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service standards.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage key vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply chains, negotiate favorable contracts, and address any performance issues promptly.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 2 - 3 years experience.
