Job Overview

• We are looking for a driven and energetic Bakery Marketer with some experience in sales and marketing to promote our bakery products and grow our customer base.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching new customers, managing relationships with clients, and boosting product awareness in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell confectionaries to new and existing customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, cafes, and other potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Manage social media platforms and online marketing campaigns to engage with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of bread to supermarkets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer service.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• A passion for bakery products and food marketing.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
