Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and efficient Washing Machine Operator/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• The successful candidate will receive and tag client wares (clothes), provide excellent customer service, and operate our washing machines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and tag client wares (clothes) accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a receptionist.
• Operate washing machines to clean and process client laundry.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure timely delivery of cleaned laundry to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or WAEC Certificate.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift and move laundry.
