This role demands a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of building long-term client relationships, with a keen eye on emerging trends in urban development and sustainable building solutions.
You'll leverage your expertise in sales and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategically position our elevator solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients—from residential and commercial buildings to complex infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and project management teams, translating customer needs into tailored solutions that meet both performance and safety standards.
As the face of our company, you'll foster partnerships, manage key accounts, and drive the sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
Collaborate with sales, product teams and Social Media Manager to create effective promotional strategies, including events, trade shows, and product launches ensuring alignment with the brand voice and values.
Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Manage the marketing budget and track ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally in B2B, construction, or technology sectors.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
