Purpose of the Job
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a visionary executive responsible for shaping and executing the overall commercial strategy to fuel the organization’s growth and profitability.
This dynamic role requires a proven leader who can seamlessly merge sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management to create a unified strategy that drives results.
The CCO will leverage his/her expertise in real estate to explore new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and consistently exceed sales targets while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy Development: craft and execute a forward-thinking commercial strategy that accelerates revenue growth, increases market share, and enhances brand positioning in the real estate sector.
Sales Leadership and Performance: lead the sales team by setting ambitious sales targets, developing high-impact sales strategies, and providing the mentorship and tools necessary for success as well as ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
Innovative Marketing Campaigns: spearhead cutting-edge marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences, drive lead generation, and amplify brand awareness through both traditional and digital channels.
Business Development and Partnerships: identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Additionally, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to unlock growth potential.
Customer Relationship Management: champion a customer-first approach, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint as well as developing systems to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Market Analysis and Insight: stay ahead of the curve by conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis. Leverage insights to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, adapting strategies to stay competitive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to align commercial objectives with overall business goals and ensure smooth execution of strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue growth, and market penetration. In addition, provide transparent reporting to senior management and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Talent Development: foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales and marketing teams, providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to ensure a highly skilled, motivated, and performance-driven workforce.
Digital Transformation: lead initiatives to integrate modern sales and marketing technologies that optimize lead generation, sales conversion, and customer engagement. Ensure the team is well-versed in the latest tools and platforms.
Sustainability and Innovation: drive sustainability-focused initiatives that align with the organization’s corporate responsibility goals, ensuring innovation in product offerings and positioning within the market.
Educational Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-7 years of experience in senior commercial roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through the development of effective sales strategies.
Hands-on experience in developing and leading high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and real estate trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing strategies.
