Job Summary
FMC Agency Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company’s advertising and marketing services.
The role requires a creative and strategic thinker who understands the advertising industry and has a passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients for the agency’s services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency to ensure successful communication and project delivery.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
Create persuasive sales proposals, pitches, and presentations that showcase the agency’s capabilities and services.
Present campaign ideas, strategies, and solutions to clients, addressing their specific advertising and marketing challenges.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing client accounts.
Work closely with creative and account management teams to develop advertising solutions that meet client expectations.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and client engagement.
Represent FMC Agency Limited at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Experience
3-5 years of proven experience in same or similar role, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communicationsor any social science discipline.
Other skills:
Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital media trends.
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions for clients.
