Job Summary

• FMC Agency Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company’s advertising and marketing services.
• The role requires a creative and strategic thinker who understands the advertising industry and has a passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients for the agency’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency to ensure successful communication and project delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Create persuasive sales proposals, pitches, and presentations that showcase the agency’s capabilities and services.
• Present campaign ideas, strategies, and solutions to clients, addressing their specific advertising and marketing challenges.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing client accounts.
• Work closely with creative and account management teams to develop advertising solutions that meet client expectations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and client engagement.
• Represent FMC Agency Limited at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in same or similar role, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
• Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communicationsor any social science discipline.

Other skills:

• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital media trends.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions for clients.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
