Specifications and Instruction to Bidders

• Plan International is committed to obtaining fair value for services rendered with a competitive price and timely delivery of the right quantities at the right quality.
• It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals for the construction of:
  • "2-cubicles disability-friendly gender-responsive latrines and Rehabilitation of Safe Space in Damboa LGA, Borno State". 
  • "Construction - Block of 2 cubicles each disability-friendly gender-responsive latrine and Rehabilitation of Safe Space Ribadu, Fufore LGA, Adamawa State".
