The Head of corporate services will provide strategic planning, operational management, research, and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
To ensure that employees conform to TTP’s policies and procedures from an operations and service perspective, and that departmental goals align with organizational goals and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the company's corporate strategy.
Provide strong leadership to the corporate services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Oversee the efficient allocation and management of resources, including human, financial, and physical assets.
Ensure that the agency complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and maintain a compliance framework that addresses industry standards and mitigates legal and regulatory risks.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, compensation, and benefits. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor employee’s performance against these benchmarks. Regularly review progress, providing insights and recommendations to improve personnel and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement best practices, and encourage innovation to improve service delivery.
Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive online traffic.
Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that the company’s technology infrastructure meets the needs of the corporate services functions and supports operational efficiency.
Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and continuous learning avenues.
Responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization, and preparing associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to senior management.
Oversee the preparation and management of the corporate services budget. Ensure that expenditures are aligned with strategic priorities and that financial resources are allocated effectively across the department.
Develop and implement policies that support the agency’s strategic goals.
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, suppliers, government and private associates, and regulatory bodies. Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of key developments and that their concerns are addressed promptly.
Represent the organization on internal and external matters, including negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums. Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality of service, compliance with contractual obligations, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field.
Master’s degree in relevant Discipline
CIPM, NIM, PMP,or similar certifications are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven work experience in human capital development, overseeing corporate compliance, solid knowledge of office procedures and implementing strategic plans is crucial.
Ability to highlight operational, regulatory and other risks and taking ownership for resolving sourcing issues and actively participating in their resolution.
Have strong leadership capabilities or previous supervisory experience
Ability to drive high performance through the effective career management and development of direct reports
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
