Job Summary

• Are you a Facebook Ads pro who thrives on creating data-driven campaigns that deliver high returns? We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Expert who will bring creativity and precision to our digital marketing efforts.
• You will own the full cycle of our Facebook ad strategy—from concept to execution to optimization—pushing boundaries to achieve the highest possible ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cutting-edge Facebook ad campaigns that align with our marketing goals and target audience.
• Conduct advanced A/B testing and leverage data insights to fine-tune ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting for maximum impact.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROI) to ensure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with our creative team to craft engaging and visually compelling ads that resonate with our audience and enhance brand storytelling.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities, tools, and techniques for elevating campaign performance.

Required Skills

• Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and deep experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Strong ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
• A creative mindset with the ability to merge artistic vision and data analysis in ad design.
• Experience in budget management and scaling campaigns while maintaining high ROI.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing and creative teams to align messaging across platforms.
• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Lagos.No remote options available.
