Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to make outbound calls and engage with potential customers.
• Your main goal is to promote our products or services, answer questions, and close sales over the phone.
• You will also maintain records of all calls in our CRM system and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as resilience in handling rejections.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls to Potential Customers:

• Initiate and make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products or services.
• Present key features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.

Answering Customer Inquiries:

• Respond to customer questions about products or services, providing detailed and accurate information.
• Address any concerns or objections raised by customers, guiding them toward a purchase decision.

Closing Sales & Processing Orders:

• Confidently close sales over the phone and process orders efficiently.
• Offer deals or discounts where applicable to incentivize purchases.

CRM System Updates:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
• Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to maximize sales efforts.

Customer Follow-Up & Retention:

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Encourage repeat business by offering excellent post-sale service and handling any concerns quickly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Excellent phone manners and confidence in handling calls.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong Verbal Communication: Ability to explain products clearly, answer customer questions, and persuade customers to make a purchase.
• CRM Knowledge: Basic understanding of CRM tools like Snipper CRM, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms for managing customer interactions.
• Patience & Resilience: Ability to handle rejections and maintain motivation throughout the sales process.
• Sales Closing & Negotiation: Skilled in closing sales and negotiating effectively to meet customer needs and company goals.
• Active Listening & Problem Solving: Ability to listen carefully to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Lagos, (Accomodation is available).

Salary
N70,000 / month.
